Providence Purchasing Group will have all merchandise delivered directly to your freight forwarder of choice anywhere in the USAbased on terms of agreement.
We will provide you and your freight forwarder with the documents pertaining to your purchase (commercial invoice, packing slip, certificate of origin (if needed) and bill of lading). Your traffic department can arrange to either pick-up the freight or have your freight delivered (based on shipping terms). However, you are responsible for the shipment of the merchandise to its final destination. While you, and your forwarder are responsible for all the freight related documentation.
All merchandise must be paid in advance to shipping unless otherwise agreed to.
